This location consistently gets our orders wrong and we always placed the same thing and it’s beyond frustrating at this point. We’ve placed multiple orders on different days, and every time the sauces are incorrect or missing entirely. We’ve asked for extra ketchup and honey hot and received no sauces at all. Ordered BBQ and were given buffalo sauce. Ordered honey hot and got hot mustard sauce. These aren’t one-time mistakes — this keeps happening. After several chances, it’s clear there’s a serious lack of attention to detail.

Walked in to place and order about 0630. Rhe restaurant was freezing felt like an meat locker. So cold we decided to go outside to eat. Couldn't do that the tables were filthy and had pigeon shit all over. Disgusting. So we go sit in our car to eat and the coffee is Luke warm at least. Won't be going back there anytime!!

I went just for an ice coffee, I asked for light ice, because I like coffee more than ice, it's the worst coffee in the history of every single McDonald's I have gone to, it tastes like if they did 2/3 water and 1/3 ice coffee, also not one cube of ice, then they guy didn't give me my cents, I mean, I'm not gonna complain to him for cents, but it should be up to the customer if they put it in the donation thing, not to the employee to pocket it. Anyway don't go there if you want coffee.

The drive-thru employee overcharged us $4 this morning. We ordered a sausage cheese biscuit meal and a McGriddle meal. She charged us the sausage cheese EGG biscuit meal and McGriddle with EGG meal and just removed the egg, instead of charging us for the correct meals we ordered. Our total for two small meals was $19.46. When it should’ve been $15. She made us pay for egg we didn’t order and didn’t get. She was very impatient and unfriendly. I rarely get to have McDonald’s breakfast so this was a very disappointing experience. For that amount of money we could’ve went to a local sit-down resta
