I've been coming to this Dunkin for many years now seems to have gotten better with their making of coffee but I still feel like the coffee is weak and not made the way is standard to Dunkin measurements may be off. The donuts are always stale in the afternoons and it would be nice if they promote deals on breakfast like a lot of other Dunkin places I go to offer. Other than that the service is good but they're not very good at trying to upsale you which makes a big difference and could make the store more money if they tried. I normally would’ve had nothing but good things to say about this store. Honestly, the staff is really friendly and I usually get my orders quickly and without issue. HOWEVER, I had the unpleasant experience of having almost DRANK a paper clip out of my iced coffee. Thankfully I didn’t but you can imagine how terrible it would’ve been if I had. Hopefully going forward they will make absolutely sure that this doesn’t happen to anyone again.

I not only had a terrible experience as a regular customer however I was wrongful charged for a medium mango pineapple refresher. I get this drink almost every day and today they decided to serve me two medium cups one half filled with lemonade and the other with mango pineapple, and charged my card $10. I asked for them to fix it and they stated that they could not, unprofessional, rude, and not customer centric.
