My family and I stopped by El Jardin for dinner on a quiet Wednesday night. Right off the bat, they handed my toddler a drawing pad (parents, you know that’s a lifesaver). We ordered a Carne Asada burrito bowl, a Carne Asada burrito, and a kids’ chicken tenders meal. Everything was delicious — even the ranch was bomb-dot-com. My daughter loved it so much she asked to take some home, and the super-friendly staff hooked us up with not one but two fresh ranch cups! The fries were also fresh and beer-battered. Yum! Our 1st time at this restaurant, the service and food was excellent. Today, sadly was our 2nd time and will be the last. We were seated in a section that no one else was seated in and were essentially forgotten about. Got our drinks right away and then went downhill from there. We had to go find our waitress to take our order. We had food missing off our order and once we got our food, our waitress went MIA. Had to find someone for a drink refill and to go boxes. Talked to the manager about our waitress and was told she was helping set up for something else. That's great, but you don't forget

First time ordering from this location, ordered the chicken fajitas and an order of the fresh guacamole. Spent 9 dollars on this fresh guacamole and they didn't give me enough chips to scoop it up . The flour tortillas were so dry that we weren't able to eat them. It's like they were sitting out for a long time. The Manteca location is better
