The presentation of their drinks is absolutely beautiful — every cup looks like it came straight out of a photo shoot. The drinks taste just as good as they look — refreshing, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Personally I think their boba is currently the best in town 😍 chewy and flavorful 😚 Their snacks are also delicious! The popcorn chicken is crispy and juicy, and the BBQ-flavored French fries are a must-try — super tasty and addictive. Obviously, my visit to Rose Tea Lounge in Elk Grove was amazing. The place has a cozy vibe, and the Matcha drink was delicious—smooth, refreshing, and full of flavor. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy a quality drink. I’ll definitely return.

Employees very lacking in customer service. Expected a lot better handling of a situation where a drink needed to be remade, from a place that makes drinks. Was charged multiple times for a simple drink remake, and was treated like I was scamming them out of a drink when I was completely willing to give back a drink or pay an extra charge. I wouldn't recommend this location based solely on the problem solving skills of the employees. It doesn't feel great to be treated so poorly as a paying customer. I would recommend this place train their employees better on how to handle such situations. Go
