This was my first time visiting Kami. It was recommended by a friend. I had very high hopes of having ramen in tasteful broth, but it was the opposite. The noodles were fine; however, the broth was not seasoned well. The server was courteous and attentive. The dark lighting throughout the restaurant threw me off. I asked to move to a table under better lighting, which was by the cooking area, so I was able to see what I was eating. I may try the other location next time.

Every time I come, it’s always a pleasure. Food is hot, tasty and in my price range. Customer service is always on point. And my daughters enjoy the environment. Will always come to Kami as long as they are open.

my friend say the ramen was so good but I guess its not for me, or I should have ordered the pork one cause the ny style (as I remember) beef ramen was not good at all. 😭 I dont like the broth and the salty taste of the beef. takoyaki was fine.

In town for a few days and came across this place and it's easy to see why they had so many locals getting take out, The food was ridiculously good. You definitely get your money's worth and the price was more than fair, I will definitely check this place out when ever I come back to Memphis.
