Worst Culver’s I ever been to. I’m not one to leave reviews but they messed my order all up. Asked for cookie dough ice cream got Oreo ice cream. Asked for cheese curds got fries. Burgers were dryer than the Sahara desert. McDonald’s would’ve been better.

I stopped at Culver’s on my way home from work tonight..as I was hesitant to stop bc they closed in eight minutes-and being I work in the food, industry and know how that goes. However, I stopped and tried to order quickly. The girls in the front at the window were so pleasant and polite. Molly and Sadie are the two that helped me. They were Energetic, polite and just so sweet. They were knowledgeable with the menu and I didn’t feel rushed at all… I just felt the need to write a review being I know how the food industry is and can be so stressful at times. Always perfect and polite customer service. The butterburgers are very good. I don't know about any of the other non beef items but I won't try the cod ever again. Seemed old, dry and bland. I usually get a burger and it's always good. Concrete mixers are awesome. The hard part is choosing what to put in your concrete mixer. Many options.

What I paid for versus what I got… someone needs retraining, quality gets worse each visit. I live in another city and didn’t realize the sandwich was missing ingredients until I got home.
