It's good to know there are still some honorable places in this town where tea is complimentary. On Google this place is called Happy Stony Noodle, but I saw no evidence of that name in the restaurant. Zou Li Jan Ramen as the sign says is serving up Taiwanese food and I opted for a pickled cabbage soup with pork and rice cakes. It was nourishing with a generous amount of pork, although the broth could've been more flavorful.

There are three really good Taiwan restaurants in Elmhurst, each with their own unique features…but Happy Stoney’s uniqueness is its authenticity. I don’t just mean what’s on the menu, but how it tastes! If you’ve spent time in Taiwan and loved the food scene, you know EXACTLY what I mean! Another point worth mention is that this business ISN’T GOING AWAY! If you love Taiwan food, and you hate social media blackmail, show your support and make your stomach happy!

All around excellent spot- have not yet tried their noodles but did get the crispy fried tofu and calamari- great seasoning and taste! There was a happy old lady inside who was talking about the secret to life. What an amazing place!
