Had recently visited on Saturday June 27th. Placed an order with the employee. She had messed my order up so I politely asked her to fix my order. The other employee working up front with her opened her mouth and was very rude and disrespectful. So I had asked for my refund back. Still to this day burgerking took my money, I never got my food and still have not got my refund.

I love the food. But they regularly close WELL before they're supposed to. Even when the app says that they're making your food. You will pull up 10 or 15 minutes before "closing". To nobody manning the drive through; and restaurant doors locked. It's pretty sad.

Employees are always terrible. Ignore customers and play on their phones. Why do I always get told to wait at the empty drive thru? Then nobody ever comes to take the order until I get tired of waiting and offer up a "helloo?". Get to the window to pay, girls on their phones.

Last week I went through the drive thru and purchased the 3 for $7. I got 2 whopper jr’s, an original chicken sandwich, large chocolate shake and a small French fry, almost $20. I had to repeat the order 3 times because the window person couldn’t figure out what I was ordering. I got to the window but was told by the manager that the printer wasn’t working. He asked if that was problem and I said yes because I needed it for business expenses. He just looked at me and said there was nothing they could do. So I waited and when I got my food they didn’t put the fry in there so I said no fry
