I’m very disappointed with the cleanliness at this location. The food containers, especially the beans, often look unclean you can see dried residue along the sides, and the beans are just piled on top of each other. The chicken and other meats frequently look like they’ve been sitting out for hours, which is very unappetizing. The counter area is also consistently dirty, which raises concerns about overall hygiene. On top of that, staff regularly insist on exact change or claim to be cashless, which is frustrating for customers. I’m glad policies are changing to require businesses to accept c

So I just purchased two kids meals in store today and the workers REFUSED to include the chips that are included with the kids meal because they were low on chips! I was told they are "prioritizing" online orders!!! I could purchase a large bag of chips but they can not include it to the meal!!! Make that make sense!! I told them the price includes chips so they should discount the meal then. But they wouldn't do that either. I would think it would be first come first serve but that would make too much sense!

Very horrible experience!!! A heavy Hispanic older lady with black hair, tied back was very rude and disrespectful. As I was ordering she not only skimped out a lot but was very visibly annoyed when I tried asking for a normal amount, huffing and blankly looking at me at me like an idiot. Mid way ordering she proceeded to disrespectfully roll her eyes at me and sigh very heavily, leaving me to go help another customer as she left me standing there. I would give 5 starts because Darnell and Edwards service was outstanding, today Tuesday 1/13/25 around 6.05pm. I had placed an order online inside the store to take advantage of the double protein special but as the customer I REQUESTED to have them serve it in front of me.
