I typically get Panera in Lakeland or Tampa near work and they are delicious. Salads are always packed full and delicious, sandwiches are always filling. Tonight I stopped at the one in Winter Haven, near our home, and picked up dinner for my family. This sandwich was beyond pathetic. It’s mostly just bread, it was totally dry and hardly any filling. The salads were packed in with the warm food so maybe that’s why they were limp and soggy? But again I am used to other Paneras filling the container and this was not a typical portion. Where do I start? An unplugged experience turned into one of the best experiences. A little bit distraught because the last GM has left, but that is OK in place of her, there’s another wonderful GM that I’ve taken a liking to. She’s very wonderful indeed and she has a beautiful personality to match her professionalism once again thank you so much for your time I really do appreciate it.

Was really excited for my soup until I discovered it came with an extra protein: a bug. Nothing like realizing you’ve already taken a few bites before seeing that. For the prices Panera charges, this is beyond unacceptable. Needless to say, my trust (and appetite) are gone

Consistent as usual. My meal was adequate. My wife complained that there was maybe a teaspoon of chicken salad on her sandwich. Pricey for what we had. Don't usually go to Panera because it's just as I said, kinda just adequate.
