Increasing decline of service and quality. Ordering online you still have to wait forever when you arrive. Been standing here for half an hour and coming up on an hour since my order was placed and paid for online. Don’t bother trying to come in to order because you’ll wait forever to just place order. IF you can get the attention of the older gentleman who is the lead taking/handing out orders as well as call in orders, then you might get your order a few minutes faster. Food is cooked and then left to sit on the counter until he decides to finally come to microphone and ask for your order

I really like the food here, I’ve never had a problem. I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews because I genuinely love eating from here. The egg rolls are great and the chicken and broccoli is amazing. I’ve never once had an issue with the food or staff, whom are very lovely and will even usually give me a free two liter.

Food was excellent and ready in 5 minutes. I did NOT order online, called and ordered on the phone. The two ladies at the counter were friendly and very helpful. I ate in the restaurant. The restaurant has seen better days in the interior, still suffering from post-covid barricades and closure of in person dining. I wish places like this would open back up to in person dining. They do let you sit down and eat in the restaurant, but space is limited as most of the seating in the back has been used for storage since Covid days.

This was a nice place before covid when you could eat in and I haven't been there since before covid. I only ordered from them because the other 2 Chinese places I order from were closed today (Sunday). I ordered over the phone and went in to pick it up and was totally shocked. Everything is closed up with plexiglass and you speak into a microphone. Then they slide a window open to give you your food. I felt like I was doing something illegal. Why is your restaurant still doing this? The pandemic is over. The food was tasteless and not as good as what I remember. Will not be back.
