I would not recommend this place. We ordered food from here because they have a 4.6 rating and assumed the food would be as good as it looks in their pictures and that was definitely not the case. We got the family pack for 3 people and the red meat did not look good or taste good. I think it was old spoiled meat. Aside from that it was also super salty. The chicken breast was fine but the minced chicken also looked and tasted odd. It also came with burned potatoes. The French fries were great. Based on this experience, I won’t be back.

We came here after we had a good experience in North Hollywood location . We tried the beef shawarma wraps and Greek salad this time. We feel the beef portions were small $17.99 each and very watery. The North Hollywood location is MUCH better. My friend was still hungry after we ate. They also charge any Apple or digital pay additional 3% card fee.

Been a fan of Ara's Shawarma since they started serving great food at Sherman Way. Followed them when they open their first shop in North Hollywood. Now here at their new location in Encino, they still continue to serve the same great quality. With a bigger place, really clean and great service thank you to Mike who has been a great host. A variety of combos and plates are available. I will definitely recommend them for our next lunch catering at our office.

I’ve been to Ara’s at least 10 times and the food is always amazing and consistent. The new manager, Tigran, is super kind and very attentive to the customer experience. He came and introduced himself to us after our meal, and we had a quick chat with him. The food is delicious and the crispy chicken shawarma is an amazing value (less than $10!). Their Dubai chocolate bar is not cheap but it is 100% worth the price tag, it’s the best Dubai chocolate I’ve ever had. 10/10 I love coming here :)
