Mica or chavelita (the name they gave us) and Felix are the worst Dunkin employees i have ever encountered. Had the audacity to give my mom attitude well within closing time to make her drink, rolled their eyes, smacked her lips, then told us we should be thankful for them because they could have plainly refused to do their jobs. There was a couple in front of us that walked in at the same time, they too talked to Felix about how ridiculous it was that they treated my mother this way. When asking their names they refused to give it to us, until I saw his name tag in his hat and said I will be

Ordered the 25 assorted Munchkins for my kids. My kids are super upset because there is not 1 single chocolate in here. Just powered and glazed. Disappointing.

Every item ordered was absolute trash, on a Saturday afternoon lol. Rubbery egg sandwich. Stale donuts. Burnt iced coffee. Employees were nice, everything else was terrible. Like horrible. So overpriced $4.29 for a small iced coffee. Goodbye forever.

This Dunkin was clean and the staff was super friendly and warm. Paloma is a standout amongst the dunkin employees I've met. She is kind, thoughtful, and friendly. This will be dunkin I visit going forward just because of her. The barista behind the counter whose name I didn't catch was also very attentive. Please keep up the excellent customer service.
