This place is really a hidden gem in erie pa! The Art on outside of building catches your eye. Outdoor seating in the front and out back, with an enclosed garden where you can sit and sip. I got a hot mocha latte and this peanut butter cup brownie that was so rich and delicious, served cold. They also have keish with different options , tons of sweets. Coffee was robust and they have their own brand for sale by the bag in store. Highly recommend.

Wow! This place is a hidden gem in Erie. We were visiting for a conference, and it came recommended by a colleague. She was right. The vibe is connected cozy. Every person we met, including the owner and her mother, were simply the sweetest. My vanilla latte and my wife’s chai latte were both sooooo good. The crustless quiche and scones were delish too! The homemade soups, breakfast wraps, desserts and pastries are what keep me coming back to the Tipsy Bean!! The wonderful family owned atmosphere is so cozy and comforting and makes the perfect place to hangout and get some schoolwork done! I even got to see a behind the scenes of how they make their homemade almond biscotti!! Their cornbread biscotti in my opinion is the perfect addition to their flavorful and DELICIOUS homemade soups to warm up in this frigid Erie winter weather!
