We recently moved to Escondido and were looking for a local pho restaurant when we discovered Pho Saigon Express. This was hands down one of the best pho soups I’ve had in the San Diego area. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I had the spicy beef pho, my wife had the chicken pho, and we ordered egg rolls as an appetizer—everything was delicious. Highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be back.

Best run Asian restaurant in San Diego. The pho soup was 10/10 - very authentic. I mentioned best run restaurant b/c the staff was on spot. From getting us seated, getting our order, delivering the dishes and checking in with us 10/10. Extremely fast service and quality is 10/10. My kid is a picky eater and she finished everything. Just one recommendation, the kid's menu is too simple, maybe include a kid's sized pho. My kid ordered the small one and it was too large.

This place offers Vietnamese, Chinese, and Thai cuisine, but we only tried the Vietnamese dishes. The pho was delicious and full of rich flavors, I’d rate it 5/5. The house combo rice dish, fried wontons, and fried egg noodles were good but nothing exceptional. The service was nice during my visit.

Saw this was a really solidly review restaurant so we went to check it out. We started off ordering the BBQ Pork Banh Mi. The pork meat was super flavorful. Tons of Pickled Daikon and Carrots, amazing blend with the meat. We also ordered the Combo Beef Pho which has rice noodle, pho soup and 5 types of meat: rare, flank, fatty brisket, tendon, tripe. Finally I ordered the Com Bi Cha Thit which has BBQ teriyaki combo shredded pork rind, steamed egg meat loaf, pork served with steamed rice, fresh salad & fish sauce. Amazing food, everything we ordered was great and would definitely recommend goi
