Disappointing experience today. The employee who took my order had a noticeable attitude and seemed completely disorganized. To top it off, she asked me if I was "new" — as if I needed to explain myself just to place an order. Customer service like this drives people away. I expect better from Panera.

I visited this Panera location today and was really disappointed by something that should be basic in a food environment: cleanliness. The team manager, Tara, was wearing an apron that looked extremely dirty and unwashed. It honestly made me question the overall sanitation standards behind the counter. Managers should be setting the example, and seeing that almost made me walk out before ordering. I hope the store addresses this, because cleanliness is just as important as good food and service.
