This is one of the worst Wendy's locations I have ever been to. It takes forever to get your food, which is often undercooked. They consistently screw up orders. Often forget multiple items/entire combos, or run out of key ingredients. The employees are rude and act annoyed when asked to do their job. The lobby is often closed in the middle of the day. And when the lobby is open, it is filthy. If I were the franchise owner, I'd be embarrassed.

This should have a zero star option i just got served a completely raw hamburger and was double charged on a buy 1 get 1 free deal thank god I ordered them door dash and door dash gave a complete refund

Location was short staffed, while training, taking orders, and cooking. But they worked it out and with great customer service under pressure! Great job and good luck on all future endeavors! God Bless!

I ordered a chicken sandwich yesterday. It was the worst chicken sandwich I've ever gotten at your store or anywhere. There was so much breading on it I could hardly taste the chicken. Is it real chicken? The fries were cold and so very greasy I couldn't taste the potato. I will never come back to your store again. The creator of Wendy's, Dave must be turning over in his grave for as how badly the food has become. The only good thing in the whole experience was that the person at the drive thru register was very nice.
