A very friendly coffee shop with a native Eugene flair. I tried their exclusive salted-rose latte - the liquor was creamy smooth with a natural sweetness. I enjoyed it immensely. I had a couple of hours to spend because Southwest flights in and out of Eugene are almost always late. In the absence of a lounge at EUG - Farmer's Union Roasters made for a very amenable alternative. You'll love the baristas and the coffee.

After three visits in the last year, I have to comment that my Americanos have all been muddy and sour. To me, this is the true test of baristas and roasters, so I wish they could do a little better. The food I ordered, croissant and muffins, were very tasty. The service is first-rate, very friendly, but not fast — but I don’t expect fast service at a high end coffee house. The atmosphere is iconic and maintains the good vibe established years ago by The Beanery (Allan Bros.).

They have a nice rotation on their drink specials. Good selection of treats and bulk coffee. A little loud atmosphere but still able to keep a conversation. Hard to find a seat. Open till 5pm is nice.
