Guys, is it even legal to cook rice this badly? I once ordered grilled chicken from you (at a different location), or however it's prepared, and it was delicious. Now it's nothing special, and the rice... well, I'm throwing away almost a full box, it's inedible, it's dry, and the vegetables are awful.

Absolutely trash. Everything was cold. Extremely cold. Got the double order of shrimp with extra charge for whatever reason and it was barely 11 in there and they were cold. Did not enjoy one bit, waste of money.

Employees couldn't be more disorganized if they tried. 7 people working inside the store, 1 person making plates, 1 person standing at the register doing nothing, 10 people waiting to be helped. I get that the person at the register can't make plates, but when it comes for her turn to do something she starts bouncing back and forth from helping the person paying to the person next to pay, slowing the entire process down, asking the same question twice even though she got the answer the first time "do you want any sauce?" No. "Do you want any sweet and sour?" The answer is still no. The word "

Our favorite Panda location out of all of them. Don’t listen to the reviews telling you not to come here because of “dry food” or people who are complaining about the fact that they ask for a donation to their charity. The food is delicious and fresh every time we order and the staff is so incredibly nice. I have watched them move a 20 person line in about 10 minutes on several occasion. These people are hard workers and they care about the quality of service they give. Great location and great employees.
