Brewster’s in Fairbanks was a wonderful dining experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, with something for everyone to enjoy. The service was friendly and kudos to Kayden for being so attentive with our large party of eleven😱. The welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. Everything from the meal to the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Great meal... both times. The service the first night was a little better but not significant. I had a salad. It was huge!! Also very tasty. I audio had cheese curds cause, well, it's what I love. Awesome!! I'd definitely go back.

I had such a great experience at Brewster! The food was absolutely delicious, the vibes were amazing, and everyone working there was so friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Kaylyn — she went above and beyond to make sure all of our requests were accommodated. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly made our experience even better. Definitely the best service we’ve had in a while. Highly recommend this place!

BEAST 4GOD★

Waited over an hour to get a table. The server was polite and I asked specifically for my steak to be well done, no blood what so ever. So of course twice my food was burnt and raw inside. It had to be sent back three times. The second time I cut in and it was still raw, they cooked it more but all I tasted was char and it was mostly fat. I did not finish it and I was starving. I will not be going back and you cannot convince me with kindness...fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me...there is no third time.
