We just had a great experience at this Panera. The food was great and the customer service was AMAZING! My daughter spilled a drink and of course we felt horrible but Melissa who I think is the manager did not make us feel guilty about it. She eased my daughter’s nerves by telling her it was okay, quickly cleaned up the mess and even made her a new drink. The gal at the register was SO SWEET! Accommodating all of my kids requests. We will definitely be coming back.

Concept is great, execution lacking. Don't order salads to go. They appear to be much smaller than dine-in and usually, some ingredient is missing or over-shared. They have an option to opt out of plastic utensils to help the environment but no one seems to pay attention to that. Quality of raw ingredients seem good - as they should be at $14 for a what is really a small, to-go salat. Also, no glutenfree breat so I can't have lunch with husband here.

Large restaurant, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Clean with a friendly staff, and our food came fairly quickly. Nice that Panera has healthier choices, but some still fit into the comfort food category. And they have bread, cookies, rolls and bagels for purchase! Large parking lot, easy in and out. Near the movie theatre.

So I went in yesterday to get my food and on the screen. It said it was ready, but it wasn't. I had to wait 20 minutes. Finally, someone asked, are you here to pick up? And I said, yes, and they had the bag right there for about 5 minutes. Service sucks. The only one who asked me if I needed help was the nice young lady up at the front counter.
