Yikes pretty much sums up the 2nd St Tim Hortons experience. While you’re waiting for your order (which may or may not be the one you actually asked for), there often seems to be a full-on party happening in the kitchen. Lots of energy, not a lot of focus. Orders are frequently wrong, waits are longer than they should be, and the whole place feels like it’s missing a steady, mature management presence to keep things on track. There’s potential here, but right now it needs less social hour behind the counter and more attention to the customers standing in front of it.

I have had the worst Coffees recently I have ever had at that area. 0 stars if I could. That Coffee today tasted Extremely Sour. I can tolerate coffees that can taste different at times from other places but this area has to be a Joke. Waste of money

Call it Like i see it★

This business has a one-way entry drive-thru, meaning there’s no way to exit once you’re stuck in a long line. If your car is parked and the drive-thru line is long, there’s no way to pull out, you just have to wait for the line to move. Secondly, there is a long wait time inside even if you pre-order from the T-Mobile app. These employees don’t seem to understand multitasking or prompt service. They are all panicking over drive-thru orders only. The district manager needs to address these issues ASAP.
