This 99 restaurant is a hidden treasure. Although it is tucked away it has a great history from over a hundred years ago. The inside of the building is as unique as the outside. Although it used to be a textile mill they have turned it into a very well refined machine called the 99. Our server Amy was very friendly. Not only was she knowledgeable but very personable. Her badge said that she was the trainer. I can see why. She does everything with excellence. She was quick to take our drink orders and made some great menu recommendations. We were out running errands and stopped in for a nice date 😊 The manager upon entering was polite, checking in with the waitress that she could take another table. She confirmed, and we were sat quickly. The waitress Amy acknowledged us brusquely. She had two other tables besides us, and then was sat a fourth. She quickly did check ins with each table, but with no not to her voice. However, she was very focused on her friends that were sitting in her section, smiling with every interaction, rather than giving her entire section this same energy. 2/10 for this location, but will be finding a

My girlfriend and I went for lunch and we Both had an issue with our meals. The chicken Just didn’t taste like it usually does, it was weird textured a little rubbery and before we could even Let our server know, the manager Melanie stopped by our Table to see how everything was and we informed her about the issue, She Apologized sincerely, Took our plates back to the kitchen to get us 2 new meals, Offered us cheese & crackers & more popcorn while we waited. And within a few minutes she had our second meals at the table waited for us to try it and make sure everything was good. Thank you so mu
