I’ve just experienced the most amazing manager of ALL TIME!! Her name is Alicia! First off I have to say even the first lady I spoke with on the phone was amazing too( didn’t get her name). Long story short, DoorDash delivered my food and the breakfast potatoes were missing. I called DD and the driver couldn’t go back and get them due to a language barrier-totally understandable. The first lady I spoke to immediately apologized and said they would like to compensate me somehow. Then Alicia noticed the potatoes weren’t supposed to be with the feast and it was a DD mistake. Our server Jonathan, was great, the food? No. Over medium eggs were so runny including the whites, they were inedible. My husband’s potato pancakes had a giant dollop of butter on them and mother they and his sausage, were barely lukewarm. I took my eggs back and my husband sent his food back. Second time around was much better, though his pancakes were a little scorched. Tea was fine. Staff were very nice and they fixed us up with a nice discount, when we paid. It’s a KITCHEN problem. They need to get that sticky gunk of the table too.

We had a wonderful experience at perkins today! They were pretty busy but we were greeted and seated right away! Our server nicole was amazing! She offered us their new quessadillas and we ended up having the chicken bacon ranch one and it was so good! These should definitely be on the menu!! We also got our food pretty quickly considering how busy they were! The manager came by and mentioned to us about leaving the review so i thought why not since we are on our phones anyway. We will definitely be back as we had a great experience!

I ordered Chicken Skillet but the fried rice tastes like fish. I'm expecting th dish to be in the skillet because that's how the menu pictured it. It ended up in a plate. Waste of money.
