May 24th. My wife made reservations for my birthday. We arrived to absolutely no one at the reception desk… waited 5 minutes and finally someone arrived. My wife told the young man that we had reservations and he replied, please wait and went to the back. 10 later he appeared again with a wsiter and he said he would get a table for us. Another 5 minutes and we were escorted back to a booth, half booth with two chairs on the other side. By this time we were discussing whether we should stay or go somewhere else. We visited my on 6/18 to celebrate my mother’s birthday. There were five of us with three separate tickets. While the food itself was good, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Our server, Zero, didn’t come to our table for approximately 20 minutes after we were seated. He didn’t even bring our drinks until after taking our food order. Four of the meals arrived together, but the fifth meal—on a separate ticket—didn’t arrive until nearly two hours later.
