I specifically told them that it was allergic to cucumber and onion, and they still did not care. They put the stiker that said only lettuce and cheese but still the hamburger has onions and pickles.

The food was fine but some of the staff was more concerned with social time than customers. There was a homeless man drinking beer in the corner of the dining room until I went to the counter and I formed them. The manager finally told him to leave. This store has a top down management problem.

Go here all the time not sure why but when I order on the app my order has been wrong 2 times now. This time I added a 3rd 1/4 pound patty with the burger plain. Was charged for the extra but didnt get it and wasn't plain. Usually not a big deal but when im charged i would like to get what paid for

I've only continued to go to this location because its closest to home, but never again. My husband went through the drive through while the sun was still up, got asked to pull to the front to wait for food, and its dark now and still no food. He waited for a while out front and no one ever came so he finally went inside. Confirmed the order and found out they either never made it or gave it to someone else. 15 more minutes of waiting later still no food in hand. I had to call from home to find out where the order is.
