CHECK FOOD before leaving the drive thru. If I wanted a cheeseburger, I would have ordered one. I ordered a hamburger, no cheese. I shouldn't have to take up time in the drive thru making sure the employees are doing their job correctly. And I shouldn't have to choose between eating food that I can't have (cheese) or going hungry because I had to be somewhere and was trying to order a quick meal.

I just want to compliment the crew member who was at the pick up window, Sydney, for her amazing customer service. My car got hit by the car behind me while waiting for my food in the drive thru lane and Sydney went above and beyond making sure I was ok, calming me down when anxiety got the better of me, and just overall having great energy that made the whole altercation a lot better than it would have been otherwise. Thank you so much to Sydney for making a crappy situation somehow end with a smile! It was much appreciated and will not be forgotten ☺️
