We found this gem in Pensacola when heading from Destin to Alabama and we absolutely fell in love with the Bún Bò Huế here. It was so good we had order it again, TWICE, with extra toppings. It’s authentic, it’s flavorful yet not heavy, it brings me right back to Hue and Da Nang, which is where the team behind this lovely place is from. We also love the Mi Quang, Banh Hoi, fried rice, and pho (preference followed this order as well)!

The best, most authentic Bún Bò I’ve had in the US and I’ve been to ~30 states (the owner is from Hue). We ordered fried rice, pho, banh hoi, and mi quang, and all of them were very good, but the Bun Bo was easily the best. The owner was also very nice and gave is a complimentary dish of cha gio (egg rolls), which was delicious. Was pretty affordable as well. So lucky to have found this random spot
