While waiting for my order, an old man was returning his food to the counter, complaining of a bad taste. He said, “That’s awful, you shouldn’t serve food like that.” I took one bite of my Mexican pizza. It was extremely bitter with a cardboard taste. I couldn’t consume it. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! The night crew doesn’t care at all. Disappointed this use to be one of my favorite tacobells and recently it’s just been so bad.

Hey not trying to hate or nothing they just really really dont want to do their job over here. First of all the drive thru speaker was broken and echoing so I heard nothing that was said. Asked for the luxe cravings box and they charged me like $30 for a cravings box which apparently is something different. Hilariously they refused to fix it when i pulled up even though it was their mistake because itd be too much work and they “had a line” there were 3 cars… manager came over said the same thing that id have to go inside and re order everything. Not a big deal but its just crappy everything o

I was very disappointed with my recent experience. The fries and Chalupa were overcooked and tasted old, which was surprising given how busy the restaurant was. To top it off, my chips and cheese were missing from the order. I don’t even feel compelled to call and complain—I just won't be returning!
