Wendy Foor★★We came through the drive through and ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches and two roast beef and cheddar sandwiches for my father-in-law that’s 86 years old and when we got to his house, he opened a classic chicken sandwich and the chicken was so tough that he couldn’t even pull it apart with his teeth. O I’ll just pull it apart with my hands he said, but couldn’t even pull it apart hardly with his hands.
Belinda C★★My fries came out really dark, so I pointed them out to the worker and asked if I could get a new order and she said "yeah, our oil is really dirty right now." 😒 My jamocha shake came out as vanilla and when I took it up to the front a different employee said "sorry, our syrup isn't dispensing right" 🤦♀️ Lastly, my fish sandwich (the whole reason I went there) was bland, no flavor, overcooked (in dirty oil) and the tomatoes were practically white and crunchy, not fresh at all. Adam Mickey★★Looks like a brand new building. Modern interior. Food was great. Cashier was nice and took my coupon and helped with food. However, at 1pm on a Sunday, with no one else eating inside, the interior is truly nasty dirty. Every table is dirty, seats and benches dirty, both high chairs were FILTHY. Bathrooms were dirty and the men’s urinal is like a foot from the sink (and it’s not a private room). Someone helped us clean the high chair but… it should never get that gross.
Brionna Tilden★My husband and I ordered the new Smoked Spicy BBQ brisket and Smoked Sweet BBQ pulled pork. Each sandwich had no “Cedric bbq sauce” on them, WHAT SO EVER. We called and an crew member answered, once he heard we ordered the mobile order he handed the phone to a different coworker (I assume it was the one who made the sandwiches) we asked if sauce came on them, she simply said no there is no sauce that comes on either one of those, we had her repeat that to know if we heard her right. They knew what they did and lied straight to our face about it. I’m 7months pregnant, I was rlly looking forward
