We had a really good experience at Papa John’s in Findlay, Ohio! My husband went to pick up our two large pizzas on a night when the winds were around 40 mph. As he walked out of the store, a huge gust of wind literally took the pizza boxes right out of his hands! (Funny, but it happened!) He went back inside expecting to have to explain what happened, and we were prepared to just accept the loss since it was no one’s fault. Instead, the district manager was beyond kind and helpful. Without hesitation, he said, “You know what? Give me 10 minutes and I’ll get some fresh ones made for you.” Th

1st time here and last. My order was not complicated. One of my pizzas was supposed to be cheese with extra cheese. And what I got was more crust than cheese. And when it was taken back to get fixed we were told, "We got what we ordered" Poor customer service and will never go back. Waste of money......

Matt nailed the pizzas! After a long road trip, passing through Findlay, ordered 2 pies and I specifically like mine well done. Most places just do it normal but this time, Matt NAILED IT!! (I couldn't help myself to eat a slice before taking the photo)
