Not only was there a bunch of people in line waiting, we talked to someone at the speaker then they disappeared and we waited 5-6 minutes for them to come back. Then they didn’t have my baked potato which the lady asked if I wanted fries or the loaded fries. I said loaded then proceeded to wait 20 minutes in a parking spot and they didn’t even give me the loaded fries either. 😭 They didn’t give our sauces either which sucks too. I honestly understand if they’re short staffed, but if it’s consistently just close the doors.

HORRIBLE do not recommend!! My chicken sandwich had green mold. Nuggets were cold and chewy, fries were cold as well! Horrible customer service as well.

My experience today at Wendy's on Tiffin Ave. Findlay, OH, I was over charged for a extra Meal I didn't order, the service was awfully Slow, The Food didn't taste Fresh at all, the Food wasn't even Warm nor Hot, the Fries were most definitely Old, this Store needs to do a lot better and fix a lot of things. Hopefully they can improve.

Where to start? The parking lot is worse than a dirt road, the building and property look abandoned, you get to the window and they don’t have a machine for tap-pay so you have to hand your phone to a the worker that never wears gloves or washes their hands. Then proceeded to inform me I had to move up and wait when the whole lot was a ghost town, I asked how long it would be and was told about 5 minutes, 15 minutes later I walked in and the manager acted as if she was just coming out to me. Don’t know what really takes that long, but I could have made a whole meal at home in less time, just s
