This place has gone down hill. I used to love the food, the service, the complimentary soup, water and tea. Now you can't even use the restroom and they charge you for a water cup!? Ordered the orange chicken and they brought me a plate of burnt breading with no chicken inside, everything was overcooked and the teriyaki chicken tasted like charcoal. Worst food ever! They really need to work on their customer service too. Will not ever be back. No tea, no water, no soup, no restroom..and nasty food. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Going to have to agree with the hidden gem reviews. My wife and I stopped in on a whim and we were extremely happy with experience. Good prices, great food, and HUGE portions. We're likely to make it a staple when we're not feeling the motivation to cook at home. The owners are also really sweet and nice to chat with.

wonderful service and they were so sweet- we felt like family! the food was delicious and in huge portions so we definitely have leftovers of chicken breast teriyaki and chicken katsu for tomorrow (the gyozas were amazing too!). the food was so fresh and delicious, we will definitely be regulars! thank you so much :)

Tried this place for the first time recently, reviews said best teriyaki spot in Tacoma and ooo boy they were right! My husband and I are now regulars, plus the people who work there are super friendly and provide great service.
