The vibe of the place was really nice. Great atmosphere and energy. However, the service was very slow. Our food took a long time to come out, and the appetizers actually arrived after the main dishes, which was frustrating. Since the gratuity is already included, it felt like the level of service didn’t quite match expectations. The food itself was okay, but the oxtail was disappointing and had very little meat. Overall, good vibes, but the service and portions could definitely be improved.

After going on a mommy and me walk with my friend, we got hungry and went to get some food. She mentioned this restaurant to me and I said let's check it out. It was my first time coming to this restaurant and it was absolutely amazing. First and foremost the hospitality was incredible. I am truly blessed with all the employees that filled the place with their presence. I felt as if we were royalty because that's how lovely the customer service was. This place will NEVER see me again. I had a 6 PM reservation yesterday for Mother’s Day because I wanted to treat my mom here. I usually only come for their backyard events, which honestly can already be disorganized, but at least the vibe is fun. Dining in was a completely different experience — and not in a good way. We arrived before 6 PM knowing it would be busy because of the holiday, but the lack of organization and communication was ridiculous. I’m really disappointed with my Valentine’s Day dinner at Pich on Flatbush Avenue. We waited nearly an hour for our food, which is frustrating on any night, but especially on Valentine’s Day when you expect things to be organized and special. When the food finally came out, it honestly wasn’t worth the wait. I ordered mashed potatoes (only because they were out of the pineapple rice I originally wanted), and there was an entire chunk of uncooked potato sitting in them. Not just slightly undercooked...completely hard. The mac and cheese was watery and so was the pasta. Everything tasted rushed
