Tell me how many tacos you can count without knowing they're from Chipotle. Like, who would actually want to eat slop tacos like this? The team needs re-training—balling them up in aluminum foil and putting them in a bag to open up to this is unacceptable. What kind of management is overseeing this location? I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Chipotle is my favorite food and these guys are ruining that. Their service is bad and showing attitude to customers. No pleasing at all and no cleanliness in the restaurant. Also, I’m a Vegetarian person, I observed that while eating after taking it to home I see meat pieces came in the bowl. Every single time I have gone here I have had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The food itself was okay, but the customer service completely ruined the visit. The staff came across as rude and uninterested, barely acknowledging customers and responding with short, dismissive answers when asked simple questions. I went in today to get my online order as soon as I walked in I was met with “our system is down. Sorry have a good day.” As I continued to the table that all of the employees were sitting at, I asked about an online order that I was already charged for.
