ESB★Texas Roadhouse: where the Caesar salad comes with a free fly-wing garnish. Dined at the Texas Roadhouse in Flower Mound and found what appeared to be a fly wing in my Caesar salad. My first thought was, “Where’s the rest of the fly?” The manager came over and offered to replace the salad, which we politely declined. While I appreciate the visit to the table, I was disappointed that there was no effort beyond offering another salad to address the situation. Zane offered suggestions and clarified our questions regarding our meals. Had 2 orders of catfish with seasoned rice, mashed potatoes. Also order salmon with sweet potato (cinnamon sugar, caramel, and marshmallow topping). The food was delicious hot and satisfying. Levardis Williams★I love coming to Texas Roadhouse and decided to come to a different location from our last visit in the Irving location. Only to have my steak under cooked and had to have them send it back to cook another steak at the right temperature. So now i have a bloody plate with no meat just sides while we wait for our steaks. Not the experience I hoped for. I will continue to come to Texas Roadhouse but it will not be at this location.
