Food awesome, I love Carl's. Ai taking orders? No. Do not support ai. You shouldn't either. Also, pricing is terrible. Why so expensive? This isn't about this exact store specifically, I love this place. The prices and the AI are absolutely bonkers. I don't think I'm going out for fast food again, and I apologize I'm not blaming you guys.

This Carl’s Jr has a new AI system to take your order……. And this damn thing couldn’t get my order right. I looked like an idiot talking over this damn AI that kept interrupting and never got my order right. I’m young and understand technology I can’t imagine an older person coming to this location and dealing with that. Save the hassle and go somewhere else

I’ve been to this location multiple times and I gotta say they are very clean. Floors were being mopped tables are cleaned. I don’t like a lot of other places and of course the food is always delicious. How do you recommend?
