Had to repeat my order multiple times and she still didn't get it right. I had order the big breakfast with hotcakes and they forgot the hotcakes all that was in there was eggs and a sausage.the workers were also very rude which was weird beacuse this is my local mc Donald's and I usually dont have this probmlem.

I was in the drive thru today and my order was passed out to someone else. That wasn’t my issue though. It’s an easy fix. My issue was the guy at the window. I understand things can be frustrating during the work day but that does not give him the excuse to yell at the other employees. I felt bad for whoever was getting yelled at like that. Mistakes happen. I wasn’t upset about my order at all I was more disturbed that someone in a higher position thinks it’s ok to yell at his employees like that.

I stopped by this McDonald’s in Foothill Farms after a long morning of errands, and honestly, the place turned my whole day around. The crew was laughing about something when I walked in, and somehow their mood rubbed off on me. My fries were actually hot—like, too-hot-to-hold hot—and the iced coffee tasted way better than usual. For a fast-food stop, it felt surprisingly human. Left smiling for no real reason.

Really like this McDonald's because of the playground, kids can enjoy their time here, rain or shine. Food, service is good but a little dirty, no one is cleaning the tables or the floors 🙄 Other than that, it is a great place
