I had an excellent experience at Chick-fil-A west pond! thanks to Nyalis, Hector, and Darlin. Nyalis was incredibly sweet and patient as she helped me with my order. Not only did she make sure my chicken sandwich was exactly how I wanted it, but she also surprised my daughter with an ice cream, which really made her day! Hector was super friendly and took the time to check in, making sure I had everything I needed. Darlin had such a positive attitude and really helped keep the whole process moving smoothly. I ordered a spicy biscuit with PJ Cheese and egg whites and they sent the sandwich with yellow cheese , I don’t understand I order this sandwich almost everyday are we not reading the order ? Super disappointed and annoyed !!!!!!! Update — I had a bad experience but when I went in personally the manager I think her name was Amanda took care of the situation for me & was VERY understanding. Truly appreciate it thank you

My children experienced racism at this location. We did a mobile order and when my children went to retrieve the order, no one acknowledged them for about 10 minutes. However, they addressed the Spanish speaking community before my children who are adults. No one else was in the store when they went in and they just looked at them. Our entire order of food was cold. Never ever again!!!!
