With this Royal Farms location, it's a hit or miss. I would visit Forestville Maryland location more often if I didn't have to travel so far by bus or train. This location it ok. Sometime the workers want to work well and sometimes they don't. It's never consistent. I wasn't suppose to be spending anymore of my money with Royal Farms because I was awaiting a refund for a expensive meal that was cooked poorly about about 2 years ago, I'm giving it another chance. It would be good to see seating available for those who want to sit down and eat, but if not, I understand. Food prep seems to need a

It was our first visit at this location. The fried chicken thighs was hot, fresh, fried good and tasted good, but the thighs were small. We wanted drumsticks and wings also, but they were too small. The taters were good but they needed some season. I also bought a redbull, jalapeño cheetos, Utz ripple sour cream & oninon chips & a hostess ice honey bun. The customer was great.

Wow is no stars a possibility? I’m a general manager in retail myself, so I usually take the time to only leave positive reviews as I know the work that store managers, district managers and teams as a whole put into making sure that everyone receives the service they deserve. However today was just completely unacceptable and unbelievable. For starters I arrive to the store to find an employee standing outside smoking a cigarette. (I’m almost certain she was not on a 15 minute break or a lunch) besides the point I arrive in the store to take advantage of a promotion that was had on Newports.

Online ordering is fast and easy. Be sure to check your order! We were missing 2 trays of food on our catering order but Henri (the new manager) stepped in and made it right! Many thanks for the great customer service and caring about our situation feeding 25 kids on a field trip!
