The restaurant truly feels like a botanical garden with beautiful greenery, floral décor, and plenty of picture-perfect spots throughout the space. Despite being very spacious, it still feels intimate and cozy. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the menu offered a great variety of food and drinks at reasonable prices. I also appreciated that they have vegan and gluten-free options available, making it easy for everyone to find something they can enjoy.

This was our first time checking out Bloom. The decor is beautiful. The staff were friendly. We went on a Jazz Thursday night. The trio playing was fantastic, very enjoyable. To start off we ordered cocktails. I had the I Dream in Color, which I loved. It was well balanced perfection. Tom had the Garden of Eden, which he felt was too tart. As an appetizer, we shared the grilled artichokes. They were well seasoned and tender, an absolute delight. We agreed this was the best dish of the night for both of us. Well, at least business was "Blooming" due to Mother's Day reservations. All jokes aside, I visited this restaurant yesterday for a Mother's Day brunch with a group of eight others. Our reservation had been confirmed the day before by both our host and the restaurant. When I arrived early, I was surprised to find the place jam-packed and clearly overcrowded. The front-of-house staff, along with the presumed owner, seemed overwhelmed and initially could not locate our 12:00 reservation. There was live music which I appreciated and our waiter was extremely nice and extremely apologetic but I had to send my food (scallops) back twice and my sister also had to send back her Salmon. Meatballs were cold.. Calamari was good but the second order of them were extremely salty. Both entree dishes were undercooked. The drinks and service were great but I wouldn’t recommend the food.
