I have literally NEVER had ONE single problem from Hardee's. This location or any. Period. Some drive-thru is always screwing up our order in some way, but Hardee's always delivers! The girls at the window are ALWAYS nice. The restaurant is always clean. The girl pressure washing the drive-thru was super nice and apologetic (even though I was definitely hindering HER job, not the other way around...sorry, sis!) and moved over so I could get in line. The food was piping hot, the burger was fantastic, the fries were crispy and fresh. Never a complaint about Hardee's...ever.

My son and I went to the Hardee's on Rogers Avenue in Fort Smith, Arkansas on the evening of Tuesday, March 23, 2026. The employee who served us was Michelle. The food was excellent and tasted fresh. The place was clean, the employees were friendly and Michelle provided the best service we have ever received in a fast food restaurant. Highly recommended and it is now our favorite place to go.

Sometimes you just need a big nasty burger. I got one here at the drive thru and the service was excellent. My original order was not correct but someone new was training. The person who was doing the training simultaneously corrected my order and got the new person up to speed on what went wrong, all seamlessly and in a positive manner. In the minute that I was in the drive thru I felt like someone cared if my order was right. It was. Im still getting stains out of the carpet. Well done Hardee's.
