Went here for lunch on a Wednesday. I was surprised at how busy they were on a mid week lunch hour. We walked in and were met with smiling faces and helpful attitudes. Carter seated us quickly and within mins we had our drinks. We were helped with menu items as we had never been at Bubba’s before. We started with fried pickles and their made from scratch ranch! Food was good and plentiful. We got the shotgun shrimp, small meaty meats pizza, bacon guacamole burger with loaded tater tots, sunshine burger with loaded tater tots, and country fried chicken. The shrimp came out hot and crispy and the sauce had a nice kick. The burgers are good as long as you don't mind a big greasy burger. One burger came out mid and one came out mid well. Also, one was requested to have no onions but came out with onions still. They were out of Dr Pepper. Food was great, service was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. There were lots of menu choices, making it hard to decide what to order. I went with the Monte Cristo and it did not disappoint—crispy, cheesy, and absolutely delicious. We also tried the fish and chips, which were cooked perfectly, and the onion rings were huge, crispy, and some of the best we've had. Second time at bubbas. First time was on grand opening when they told us over an hour wait....and had multiple open tables. Second was today....was seated right away. Waitress took our drink order( 2 waters) and 10 minutes later we we're asked if our order had been taken yet. We placed our order with Second server...and shortly after we had all 4 waters show up at our table. We had ordered appetizer... cheeseburger....and chicken Mac and cheese.
