Came during dinner rush. Hostess was taking names as there was a wait. We specifically asked for a table not a booth and after being told 20mins within 5mins was informed another 5mins. That's when I believe the manager came up and informed her do not seat anyone for another 10mins. Apparently the servers needed a break as this came from the hostess to customers coming in and being told 45mins. I don't know what happened to Casa's but I know I won't be going back! For one, I can't believe they charged $7.09 for two pieces of toast with cheese! I don't mind places making a profit, but come on! 2 pieces of bread with maybe two tablespoons of cheese on it for over $7?! The spaghetti, while a nice size is flavorless. I taste no salt, no garlic, and no spices whatsoever. There's very minimal "meat" sauce on it and ONLY right in the middle of the dish. The "meat" in the meat sauce is in parentheses because it amounts to the one tiny clump of meat on my fork! That's probably not even half

We ordered 2 large casa salads to go. They just tasted like wet lettuce. I'm not sure if they changed the dressing? But there was NO flavor to it at all.. like no seasoning. Looked good, tasted like nothing! We usually LOVE the salads. But $25 for 2 plates of crunchy water? No thanks.

This place was so nice! It had a great atmosphere and wonderful service. The server seemed really knowledgeable about gluten-free and the kitchen takes all the precautions needed for a gluten-free diet. All ofthe things that can be gluten-free or vegetarian are marked on the menu.
