I ordered Flo's Filet for $30.49/ 9 oz advertised as the most tender and flavorful cut. It was easy to cut and was cooked med rare to order but the texture was "cheap cut" tasting. I ate 3 bites and will take the rest home to add to my Mexican nachos queso leftovers to hide the blah texture. Are all cuts of meat so poor nowadays or is it just Longhorn? My extra charge side salad was all lettuce with the equivalent of a half of a slice of tomato diced and another half slice of cucumber diced and 2 measly teaspoons of cheddar on top. Broccoli was so cold that the butter I added from the bread

I thoroughly enjoyed my steak. I ordered a medium well New York strip and it was perfectly done. I hated the presentation but it was delicious. The two staff who attended to us were quite nice. I liked the Texas tea too.

My husband and I shared the spinach dip and pita chips. The pita chips are pretty yummy. The dip wasn't great. Doesn't have enough spinach to add flavor. The cheese over powered it. The longhorn was delicious! Seasoned and cooked perfectly for our liking. Really noisy. Especially on the side of the kitchen. That took away from hearing conversations. Overall we will come back again.

Our waiter was absolutely amazing, and this was the beast steak I've had. I was very impressed with overall quality. Everything was very well prepared and tasted phenomenal. The service was excellent. The menu is very steak based, but there are other options like some chicken and fish dishes, large amounts of shrimp as well. My limited steak experiences have been Hideout and the Gas House, so far this tops.
