This is unacceptable. This burger should have never even gotten wrapped up. Should have went straight to the trash. This is exactly why I haven't been to McDonalds in 6 months. Poor service and food each and every time, no matter the location. Thank you for wasting 23 minutes of my lunch, which I will return still hungry. All I ordered was 2 double cheeseburgers with no onion or pickles. Look... pickles. Hopefully the child in the car in front of us doesn't get sick... at least I'm old enough to know not to eat this garbage.

I came into the Colosseum McDonald’s looking to Buy a Diet Coke. I paid for my drink. They handed me the cup. I went to the machine and it was just spitting out foam. So I went to the counter and told them about it and purple haired manager acted like she was all put off by having to go fix the soda machine. It did not get fixed while I was there. I just threw away my empty cup and left after waiting a while. Probably going to be a bunch of mad people in the drive-through also getting flat drinks.

I stop here at least once daily. This drive-thru is much slower than average. Tonight I waited exactly 25 minutes in line. When I got my order the fries were ice cold and inedible. They were out of ice so the drink was also terrible. The employees are too clueless to care. Getting to waste 25 minutes of my life, and pay for food I didn't end up eating is inexcusable. Time to look for other options.

I went here for a delicious meal and got it. I usually love McDonalds food but lot of the time the workers don’t have the enthusiasm. I work for customer service and I know how to put on a smile and be nice. The lady who delivered my food slammed the tray down on the table. She knocked my drink over on the napkins. Didn’t even offer to get new napkins just said a shy sorry with a frown on her face. This was very disappointing to my experience here, the employees look like they don’t want to work and they never smile. I wouldn’t come here if you’re looking for great customer service. My meal wa
