I just visited for the first time and had a very pleasant first visit. The food was pretty good, but not phenomenal so I felt a 4 was fair. There was a massive variety of choices from sushi to hibachi and most of your common Asian buffet staples were present along with a section of American choices. There was a great collection of desserts including ice cream, fresh fruits, pudding, cakes and more. The service was great! Great experience! First time in and was easy to talk in the booth. Tea came right away and was good. My first time in so I didn't know all to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. Staff always at hand when we were there at 3:30 on Saturday. I was blown away with this selection of food! Of course the crab rangoon, did not disappoint, was the first thing on my plate. I tried four different chickens with distinct flavorings, I was very, very pleased! I tried a sample of salmon and a couple shrimps too. All that and rice tasted fresh and flavorful. We took my oldest for her birthday today and it started out okay. My husband needed a refill but our server passed our table at least 5 times and nothing didn't come over at all 10 minutes passed and it took me saying something to get a refill. When it came to the bill he didn't leave a tip because of that the server came back and basically told him that he needed to put a tip down and stood behind him too make sure she got tip. Tips are for good service not poor and thats its expected is ridiculous.

Came in with my family last night and once we finished our meal we asked for the check. Our waitress brought the check back after I paid and as soon as I opened the book she handed me a pen and pointed at the 20% tip line before I could even fill anything out. Then as we were getting up to leave she rushed in to grab the book instead of waiting. This has been a huge issue at this place since they opened. We love coming here but it is extremely irritating being asked for a tip then having them rush the table as soon as you get up to see what their tip is. This is on top or the other issues like
