I’m extremely disappointed with the service and quality of the food I received. The fact that someone would send out food like this shows the lack of care and complete disregard for customer service. The young gentleman who was cooking the food didn’t seem phased by the fact that he burned multiple items. My coworkers also received burned food and their drinks were made incorrectly and were completely frozen. It’s unfortunate the reason given was the gentlemen cooking is the managers son. I made three different trips in an attempt to get my order filled correctly.

Went to Dunkin for the very first time ever. was very excited because i’ve seen so much good about them. When we got to the drive thru it felt like we were a bother being there. Obviously since we’ve never been to dunkin we just ordered off the menu which apparently was out of date because they had very little that was listed. The worker was very stand offish and didn’t offer any help in helping find something since the menu was out of date. Will probably not return to a dunkin.

I hate to qrite negative reviews but this was ridiculous. The young lady taking my order seemed new, which was no biggy but there were at least 5-6 employees in there all confused by my order of a dozen glazed donut holes, a regular glazed donut, a regular donut with chocolate frosting and sprinkles and 2 orders of hashbrowns. The other associate who seemed to be the manager seemed annoyed the whole time, and after the confusion this is what I got. 2 barely glazed pr frosted donuts, that both feel like they are a day old and hashbrowns that are somehow overcooked and soggy at the same time. I

Just because we’re in a small town doesn’t mean businesses get a pass on having their operation together unfortunately, this Dunkin’ completely missed the mark. There should be a ZERO STARS option. Employees need some Refreshers on customer service, kinda Employee At the counter kinda Impatient with their elderly customers... LOL you're Literally in the foothills y'all do better, your just better off going to Dutch Bros for coffee. It's like a stones throw away from this DUNKIN I Definitely DONT RUN OFF DUNKIN!
