I like the concept of this franchise restaurant and how they use the space to create a comfortable environment for customers. I’ve been to Canes multiple times but this store was my favorite so far. Staffs were super friendly. We liked the Texas toast, the chickens that there were well seasoned and crunchy, with its exceptional sauce.

Staff was super friendly (a little uncommon for fast food places). Chicken was well seasoned and crunchy, the texas toast is always going to be my favorite part, a little coleslaw to balance the flavors and their special sauce to dip the chicken and fries. The place is well decorated, and loved to see a pretty large outdoor eating space (also rare for fast food restaurants around here). We dined in, but we could see a large drive through live going by pretty fast. Place was clean and crew members seamed to be cleaning often. I had two Sandwich Combo's and one Box Combo, I asked for my buttered toast to be buttered BOTH sides (the workers say two "BOBs"as it stands for that), paid for it, and had my two toasts only buttered on ONE side. I loved everything else, but I'm petty about that toast. I wanted everything to be perfect, but it couldn't be only for that toast incident. I told the employee there that I wanted the toast to be on both sides, so I told the employee the specific request for it, but it wasn't like that. I went to complain about it, and my BOB request never made to the receipt. This is madness, and
