Where to start, you have to grab a table and then go to a counter to order instead of them coming to you (not bad but would be nice to have waitstaff). The bathroom sink drain was broke so water stood in the sink. The place was very cold and definitely needed upkeep. Now, for the food. We ordered breadsticks, they were very tough and chewy with not a lot of flavor. The pizza was very thin, soggy, not very flavorful besides of some spicy sausage chunks and overcooked. We had pizza and cheese bread. We walked in right before closing and they graciously served us. While waiting on our order we had a wonderful friendly and welcoming conversation. The restaurant is really cute, the staff extremely nice, and the food was good. There were plenty of other menu items we would try when we go back but our initial impression was very positive.

I'm a local, born and raised, and its been a few years since I've been to Buddy's. Went in with my family one night recently, it was busy due to a local event.
